On July 30th, The Sandbox at Sand Valley hosted the inaugural Wisconsin State Par 3 Championship. The Sandbox (Sand Valley’s 17-hole Par 3 Course) was playing firm and fast which is fitting since many of the greens are inspired by the great and challenging golf holes of the British Isles. The 72-player field managed 121 birdies on the 1,668-yard course with a scoring average of just under 58 (par 51). When it was all said and done, one thing is for sure – everyone had a lot of fun!
The team at Sand Valley looks forward to welcoming you back to Sand Valley to enjoy the long summer days with friends and family. With three courses open for play and a host of other outstanding amentities, Sand Valley is a true destination spot in central Wisconsin.
